ON-THE-PLATE: Cordon Blue with mashed potato. yum! :)




I want to share something "me" in this blog. So, i planned on sharing photos of food that i cooked. I'm not good in the kitchen but i'm trying to be and  i think that's what matter the most.

This week ON-THE-PLATE presents "Cordon Blue with Mashed Potato". 

INGREDIENTS & PROCEDURES BELOW.


Ingredients:

Chicken Breast
Sweet Ham
Cheese
Fresh Eggs
Japanese Bread Crumbs
Potato (for the mashed potato)

Procedures:

1. Debone the Chicken breast. In deboning of the breast of chicken, always start in the middle.
2. Put the Sweet Ham and Cheese in the middle of deboned chicken breast.
3. Rolled it.
4. Dip in the bowl of Eggs.
5. Dip in the plate of Bread crumbs.
6. Ready to fry. (Deep frying is recommended)

wait until it become golden brown. and hurray ! ready to plate and eat ! :)
