President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III is scheduled to deliver his third (3rd) State of the Nation Address on July 23, 2012, Monday at Batasan Pambansa, Quezon City. Due to that, Quezon City Schools Division headed by Superintendent Dr. Corazon Rubio authorized the suspension of classes in 29 public schools in Quezon City.
The 19 elementary schools to be affected are:

Bagong Silangan Elementary School

West Fairview Elementary School
Fairview Elementary School

Palace still not announced July 23 as a non-working holiday so as of this writing, July 23 is neither a regular nor a special holiday, so the work in government offices and classes on public schools (except for the public & private schools listed above) will not be suspended.
