Part 1 of the school year has ended just a week ago, and right after that I was able to celebrate life again. :)
Went to Villa Escudero Plantations and Resort, which is located on the border of Tiaong, Quezon and San Pablo City, Laguna. That is just two-hour drive from the busy Metro Manila.
Nah...That's not the cottage yet. Its their 'Mabuhay Hut', where they welcome guests and offer welcome drinks.
Church? Nope. its a Museum. Their Museum showcases the collection of antics (of saints statue, hispanic dresses, old coins of different countries) of the Escudero clan.
Oh did I mention that taking pictures and videos inside the museum is strictly prohibited? Yeah. taking pics and vids inside is not allowed but here's the catch, because of my amusement during the tour inside the museum I forgot the rule and took some photos (just 2-3 photos lang naman) Sorry! Tao lang. Natutukso rin. :D
Man-made waterfalls.
Having lunch in Villa Escudero is completely different from other resorts because lunch is being served just near the man-made waterfalls. This is one of the fascinating things about Villa Escudero.
Room. This room is good for 14 persons. Facilities and Amenities includes 2 restroom, 1 king size bed and many single beds. It also have its own veranda with a view of the man-made lake.
View from the room.
Bamboo rafting is really the must-try activity in Villa Escudero. You can enjoy it with no additional fees and no time limit. wantosawa kumbaga. Twice ko siyang ginawa. Nakaka-kaba talaga siya sa simula ...lalo na kapag malaman mong 30 feet ang huhulugan mo kapag nahulog ka. :D
the view beside the Coco Pavilion.
Who did it? Who's to blame?
