Juan Manuel Marquez, Timothy Bradley lose millions for snubbing Manny Pacquiao

Both Juan Manuel Marquez and Timothy Bradley will be missing a huge payday for snubbing Manny Pacquiao, according to the Filipino’s business adviser Michael Koncz.

Koncz told Boxing Scene that Marquez was offered $13 million for a fifth fight with the Filipino superstar, while Bradley got a $6-million proposal. However, both fighters snubbed the offers by going after each other instead.

"I don't even want to speculate. I gave Bradley and Marquez the opportunity to fight [Pacquiao right] now,” Koncz said.

He doubts Bradley and Marquez will earn much in evading the Filipino boxer.

He added that Pacquiao will no longer be interested in fighting either of his former nemeses.

“They had their chance. I haven't discussed it with Manny yet, but I don't think Bradley and Marquez are on our radar anymore. I'll talk to Manny about that later on,” said Koncz.

Meanwhile, Pacquiao has already agreed to take on Mexican brawler Brandon Rios in a potential free for all in Macau in November.

“Right now we are going to focus on this fight. But I gave them the opportunity, Manny gave them the opportunity - which we felt were reasonable offers, and for whatever reason, right or wrong, they chose not to fight us - so let's all go on with our lives," Koncz said.
