Milan Melindo vs Juan Francisco Estrada Full Fight Replay
The Philippines' Milan Melindo suffered his first career defeat after he was outpointed by Mexican champion Juan Francisco Estrada at the Fist of Gold II in Macau on Saturday.
It was a frustrating loss for Melindo who had hoped to avenge the loss of Filipino boxer Brian Viloria. Melindo stepped up to challenge Estrada after Viloria lost the WBO and the WBA crowns to the Mexican during the first installment of Fists of Gold last April.
The judges saw it 118-109, 117-109, 118-109 all in favor of Estrada, who retained the WBA and WBO flyweight titles in the card locally titled “Rambulan sa Macau II.”
