Class Schedule of an Executive

Yey! Seen my class schedules already for this incoming school term. Only 4 school days for me. I have no classes every Fridays and Saturdays & of course, Sundays. Love it! :) Although, my Tuesday and Thursday schedule is a bit tiring and too hectic, from 9:30am to 7:30pm - I have no lunch break, nor merienda break...none at all. But I think I can survive those days because my International Cuisine class is on the same day and it happens that it is during lunch time. Saved by the bell there! ;)

My ‘original schedule’ has no Logic class but because I need to take that subject mainly because it is a first year subject and yet I’m already fourth year so it’s been almost 3 years na iniiwasan ko ang logic na yan. Kaya kinuha ko na! Para matapos na!

5 Judges to Re-score 'Pacquiao-Bradley' Fight, says WBO President

The World Boxing Organization (WBO) on Wednesday announced it has assigned five judges to re-score Manny Pacquiao's controversial loss by decision to Palm Springs' Timothy Bradley in an effort to convince state commissions to widen the pool of judges for major fights.

Although many at ringside for Saturday's fight gave Pacquiao between nine and 11 rounds, judges Duane Ford and C.J. Ross scored the bout 115-113 (seven rounds to five) in Bradley's favor, and a third Nevada judge, Jerry Roth, had it 115-113 for Pacquiao in the WBO welterweight title contest.

WBO President Francisco "Paco" Valcarcel said five judges, from New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, Pennsylvania and Puerto Rico, will re-score the bout and submit their work confidentially to the WBO, with the scores to be gathered by Monday.

Valcarcel said that armed with that information, he will submit to the Assn. of Boxing Commissions by its July meeting a request that state commissions such as Nevada's work more diligently to bring in judges from outside their states for fights of the magnitude of a world title contest.

Andrew Zimmern: Filipino Food is the Next Big Thing

Andrew Zimmern? I knew him! Well, not personally but I was able to watched his show, "Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern", on TLC many times already. His shows exposed different exotic and unusual food offered in restaurant all over the world. From what I've seen, I believe he has the 'say' to announced or predict that Filipino Food is the next big thing.

And Filipinos should rejoice and must be thankful about it, not because our food can now compete to other Asian food, but because someone has noticed that there is something special about Filipino food.

"I predict, two years from now, Filipino food will be what we will have been talking about for six months," said Bizarre Foods host Andrew Zimmern in an interview with TODAY.com. "I think that's going to be the next big thing."

The story titled "Andrew Zimmern: Filipino food is the 'next big thing'" came out Tuesday on the Bites on TODAY blog, which is, according to the website, part of the MSNBC Digital Network.
