San Beda routs Arellano to claim fifth straight NCAA title (FULL GAME REPLAY VIDEO)

San Beda Red Lions' championship pedigree was on full display Wednesday afternoon, making quick work of the Arellano Chiefs, 89-70, to bag the NCAA Season 90 title at the Mall of Asia Arena.
San Beda simply did everything right to win its fifth straight title, eighth in nine trips to the finals.

The survivors of super typhoon Yolanda ended up as the winner of the charity game between UAAP champion De La Salle and reigning NCAA titlist San Beda which ended in a 74-74 deadlock.

Thirdy Ravena, Arvin Tolentino commit to Ateneo Blue Eagles

ATENEO'S rebuilding program after seeing its run of five straight UAAP championships come to an end this season got a major boost when blue-chip prospects Arvin Tolentino and Thirdy Ravena committed to join the Blue Eagles beginning next season, sources said.
The 6-foot-5 Tolentino is widely regarded as the finest junior player in the country today, having won championships in all his years with the San Beda Red Cubs while standing out in several national teams in campaigns overseas.
