Almond Vosotros had 21 points as he helped La Salle establish a 10-point advantage against San Beda at the half.

The Red Lions, led by big man Ola Adeogun, fought back in the next two quarters to trim the Archers’ lead to 74-72, just 14 seconds left before regulation.

Art dela Cruz missed his attempt, but Adeogun was able to tip the ball back into the ring and knot the scores, 74-all.

Jeron Teng tried to snatch the victory for La Salle but was denied in the end.

There was no game extension for the charity match.

Adeogun had 12 points for San Beda, while Baser Amer added 11.

Fans who attended the game were also delighted by the three point shootout between members of La Salle and San Beda, including their coaching staffs, during the halftime break.

The Archers, composed of Allan Caidic, Renren Ritualo and Vosotros outshot their counterparts from the Red Lions, 10-to-7.
