Marian Rivera named FHM Philippines' Sexiest Woman for 2013

Marian Rivera was named as FHM magazine's "Sexiest Woman in the Philippines" for 2013 after she got the most number of votes out of the millions cast by readers of the men's magazine.

This makes Marian Rivera as the fourth woman to be crowned FHM Philippines' Sexiest Woman for the 2nd time, after Angel Locsin (2005, 2010), Katrina Halili (2006, 2007) and Sam Pinto (2011, 2012).

"Ang saya lang Hindi ko ini-expect," Rivera was quoted as saying by FHM shortly after being informed of her win in the survey.

"Iyon 'yung masarap, 'yung hindi mo ini-expect na mananalo ka tapos ibibigay sa'yo. Mas masarap kunin ang isang award na wala kang inaasahan," she said.

Marian Rivera gracing FHM Philippines' cover for the first time last January, the mag's 150th issue, definitely boosted her chances of reclaiming the FHM Sexiest Woman title.

According to FHM Philippines, a total of 16 million votes were collected via online, text, and print ballots voting conducted from April 1 until June 5, 2013. Marian Rivera got 890,490 votes, dethroning 2011 and 2012 Sexiest Sam Pinto who garnered 778,681. Last year, Marian was only ranked 5th.

In 3rd was Angel Locsin, who was 2nd in 2012, while Jennylyn Mercado climbed from 9th last year to 4th this year.

And making the biggest debut this year is FHM March 2013 cover girl Empress Schuck, who for the first time has made it on FHM 100 Sexiest list, ranking so high at 10th.
