The sweep gave the Philippines a ticket to the FIBA Asia Under-18 tournament to be held in Qatar from August 19 to 28.
Six different players scored in double figures for the Philippines, led by UP Fighting Maroons guard Andres Desiderio with 17. Incoming San Beda Red Lions guard Andrei Caracut added 16, while reigning UAAP juniors Most Valuable Player Thirdy Ravena added 14.
Sim Jia Hao was the lone player in to breach double-digits for Singapore with 15 points.
