UAAP considering a ban on foreign players in 2016

The UAAP is now considering a ban on foreign players, which has become one of the more contentious issues hounding the collegiate league.

A source from the UAAP confirmed to ABS-CBNnews.com on Wednesday that the subject of banning foreign players was “informally” discussed during last month’s meeting between the presidents of the UAAP member schools.

That September meeting was called to address issues that have plagued the league in Season 76.
