BAHRAIN VS HONG KONG - Hong Kong defeated Bahrain 87-79.

Perhaps buoyed by its gallant performance against the Philippines last Wednesday, Hong Kong booked its first win of the FIBA Asia Championship with a victory over Bahrain, 87-79, in a classification match on Friday.

Duncan Reid scored 20 points while Fong Shing Yee added 13 points and 12 rebounds for Hong Kong, which had previously lost all five of its matches in the tournament.
