Pacquiao vs. Rios weigh-in results: Manny at 145 lb., Rios at 146.5 lb. The two men stepped on the scales in Macau and both came in under the welterweight limit. "I'm so happy that the fight is in Asia and very close to the Philippines," Pacquiao told HBO's Max Kellerman. "This fight is going to be different because I started early and it's been one of the longest camps of my career. We did it like when I was young."
